2. Delivery Coverage

All accessible areas in Mauritius including Port Louis, Curepipe, Quatre Bornes, Phoenix, Rose Hill, Vacoas, Flic en Flac, Grand Baie, Pereybere, Trou aux Biches, Mont Choisy, and major coastal areas.

Zone 2: Remote Areas (Additional Charges May Apply)

Mountainous regions, private estates, offshore islands (Ile aux Cerfs, Ile aux Aigrettes, etc.), and locations requiring specialized transport.

Zone 3: Special Access Locations (Quote Required)

Sites requiring boat transport, helicopter delivery, or locations with restricted vehicle access.

2.2 Site Accessibility Requirements

Your installation site must meet these requirements:

  • Vehicle access: Minimum 3-meter-wide access road for delivery truck
  • Foundation readiness: Prepared foundation/base as per specifications
  • Clear workspace: 10-meter radius around installation area
  • Utilities access: Available if electrical/plumbing features ordered
  • Permits obtained: All required building permits in place

3. Delivery Process

3.1 Pre-Delivery Coordination

  • Installation begins immediately after delivery (weather permitting)
  • Typical installation time: 2-5 days depending on dome size and features
  • Our certified installation team handles complete assembly
  • Final walkthrough and handover upon completion

4. Delivery Charges

4.1 Standard Delivery

  • Zone 1: FREE delivery and installation included
  • Zone 2: Additional MUR 5,000-15,000 (quoted based on location)
  • Zone 3: Custom quote required

4.2 Additional Charges (If Applicable)

  • Site preparation assistance: MUR 10,000-30,000 (if foundation not ready)
  • Crane rental: MUR 15,000-40,000 (for sites requiring crane access)
  • Expedited delivery: 20% surcharge for rush orders (subject to availability)
  • Rescheduling fee: MUR 5,000 if customer reschedules confirmed delivery

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Before Delivery

Customers must ensure:

  •  Building permits obtained and approved
  •  Site prepared and foundation ready (specifications provided)
  •  Access road clear and accessible for delivery vehicle
  •  Utilities available if ordered (electricity, water)
  •  Designated representative available on delivery day
  •  Final payment completed (or payment plan up to date)

5.2 On Delivery Day

  • Be present or designate an authorized representative (18+ years)
  • Provide safe workspace for installation team
  • Inspect all components before signing acceptance form
  • Report any visible damage immediately (same day)
  • Ensure pets are secured and away from work area

6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Damaged or Missing Items

If you discover damage or missing components:

  • Immediate reporting: Note damages on delivery form before signing
  • Photographic evidence: Take clear photos of any damage

  • Customer delays: Storage fees may apply (MUR 2,000/week after 2 weeks)
  • Site not ready: Delivery postponed, rescheduling fee applies

6.3 Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer issues:

  • 1st attempt: Rescheduled at no additional charge
  • 2nd attempt: MUR 5,000 rescheduling fee
  • 3rd attempt: MUR 10,000 rescheduling fee + storage fees
  • After 30 days: Order may be cancelled, deposits non-refundable

7. International Shipping

7.1 Regional Islands (Rodrigues, Réunion, etc.)

  • Availability: Yes, we ship to regional Indian Ocean islands
  • Shipping cost: Custom quote based on destination
  • Timeline: 8-12 weeks (includes customs clearance)
  • Installation: May require customer-arranged installation (we provide detailed instructions)

7.2 International Orders

For orders outside Mauritius and regional islands:
